Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item. 

All returns or exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. Please contact by phone (866) 866-8282 within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item to The customer pays to ship the item back and pay for your return item to be ship back to you! We'll called you when your item is ready to be ship back to you to pay for your shipping, your order number which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging, ship all return item to the Warehouse at 5458 10TH Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043.

Items returned without contacting within 48 hours of receipt, without calling, or Returned after 5 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any Exchange or Store Credits. Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging. Items returned must be in new, un-worn condition - items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund or exchange.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued.  Store Credits must be used within 6 months.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item. We inspect all items for defects before shipping, and do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size. The size charts are for reference only, If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at (866) 866-8282 for a sizing consultation before ordering. If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge. Restocking: If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 20% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.

Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.
We are not responsible for any "Out of Country Duty/ Custom Fees or any Import Fees".

We Will Not Accept any Item that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.
In order to Be Eligible for a Store Credit - All Item (s) Must be sent back in their Original State, Must not have been worn, And with ALL Original Tags and Hangers.
We reserve the Right to Refuse or Reject any item (s) sent Back. There will be a 20% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns and Exchanges. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) Store Credit per order. No Returns or Exchanges on Store Credit purchases.

Store credit must be used within 6 months from the return date.

Hats/and or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Store Credit on Hats, Purses, Gowns, and/or jewelry.
We Do Not Issue Store Credits on shipping charges. And we are not responsible for any shipping charges.

Customer Return Process:

1. On the bottom of our website, go to Login then Log into your Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to your item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

4. Click Submit Return Request.
After submitting your request, you will see the Return Instructions from your settings.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
