Return Policy

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.

All returns or exchanges will be charged a 30% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. Please contact by phone (424) 263-9076 within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item to The customer pays to ship the item back and your order number which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging, ship all return item to the Warehouse at 5458 10TH Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043.

Items returned without contacting within 48 hours of receipt, without calling, or Returned after 10 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any Exchange or Store Credits. Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging. Items returned must be in new, un-worn condition - items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund or exchange.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued.  Store Credits must be used within 60 day's.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item. We inspect all items for defects before shipping, and do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size. The size charts are for reference only, If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at (866) 866-8282 EX 101 for a sizing consultation before ordering. If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge. Restocking: If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 30% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.

Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.
We are not responsible for any "Out of Country Duty/ Custom Fees or any Import Fees".
No Returns or Exchanges on any "Hats and Purse Combos Orders and/ or any Individual Hats or purse orders".

We Will Not Accept any Item that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.
In order to Be Eligible for a Store Credit - All Item (s) Must be sent back in their Original State, Must not have been worn, And with ALL Original Tags and Hangers.
We reserve the Right to Refuse or Reject any item (s) sent Back.There will be a 30% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns and Exchanges. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) Store Credit per order. No Returns or Exchanges on Store Credit purchases.

Store credit must be used within 60 day's from the return date.
No returns/exchanges on special orders or back orders.
Hats/and or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Store Credit on Hats, Purses, Gowns, and/or jewelry.
We Do Not Issue Store Credits on shipping charges. And we are not responsible for any shipping charges.

All Merchandise has gone through several Inspections for Damages/ Defects before shipping.
We are not responsible for Dry Cleaning Issues, type of fabric or materials.
You have 60 day's to use your Store Credit, If credit is not used within 60 day's - your store credit will be cancelled. Store Credit is valid for 60 day's.
Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
All orders will have an additional fee if you order more than 2 suits. will contact you for a difference in cost to ship your items.

CANCELLATIONS will result in a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.

1. On the bottom of our website, go to Login then Log into your Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to your item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

4. Click Submit Return Request.
After submitting your request, you will see the Return Instructions from your settings.

Call us at (866) 866-8282 EX 1 for an exact estimate Overnight, Saturday, and/or Expedited shipping is available for additional charge to most areas... however, you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates.   International Shipping USPS – Priority Mail Transit Times are typically 2-3 weeks (Depending on Destination). We can ship to just about anywhere in the world. However, we are not responsible for customs duties on shipments sent outside the U.S.
We can ship to APO/FPO/ APE addresses via USPS.   Other International Orders  - Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.   Additional Charges: Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges,an additional $30 may be charged to ship Hats with suits.
